Terms of Trade

Last updated: September 2026. These terms govern the use of vivandatrade.com and the basis on which Vivanda Trading W.L.L (“Vivanda”) conducts trade. Concluded contracts may add or vary these terms in writing.

1. Website content

Product ranges, origins, specifications and pack formats shown on this site are indicative of what Vivanda trades. Availability, crop specifications and prices are confirmed case by case in a written quotation.

2. Quotations and orders

An inquiry sent through this site or by email is not an order. Trade occurs only when Vivanda issues a proforma invoice or sales contract and the counterparty confirms it in writing.

3. Quality and inspection

Goods are sold against agreed written specifications. Unless otherwise agreed in the contract, quality is ascertained by certificates of inspection and analysis issued at origin. Claims are handled per the terms of the concluded contract.

4. Compliance

Buyers and sellers agree to comply with all applicable laws, including import, customs, food-safety and sanctions regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain and of any jurisdiction relevant to the transaction.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vivanda’s liability arising from use of this website is limited. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, warranty or professional advice.

6. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
